We log the work
Every draft, binned version, hour and decision gets recorded, including which calls the humans made and which the AI made.

We fingerprint it
The log is turned into a short unique code. Change one letter and the code changes. Private files never leave our hands.

We stamp it on Bitcoin
The code is locked into the Bitcoin blockchain with a date. It's free, and once it's confirmed nobody can change it, not even us.

Anyone can verify
The finished work comes with a Proof of Work page and a "Verify" button that shows the record is original and unchanged since that date.
What it proves
- Our work record existed on that date
- It hasn't been edited since
- The real effort: drafts, hours, decisions
- Which version came first
What it doesn't do
- Put client files or private info on the blockchain (only the code goes there)
- Cost money per stamp (it's free)
- Replace a lawyer. It's strong evidence, not "court-proof"

The plan, step by step
- Akasha pilot (Sloane, by Mon 12 Oct): log the work, stamp it, check it verifies. Nothing goes to Grant until you approve. Your part: say OK.
- Game (Quinn, at release): Proof of Work page, with the build stamped a few hours before the launch post. Your part: approve the page.
- This picture goes into the Akasha pitch (Sloane) and the game (Quinn). Your part: approve.
- Market test (week of 12 Oct): 15-minute calls with 3–5 mining or commissioning contacts, with questions drafted by Nina. Your part: name the contacts and make the calls.
- Decide: we build a paid service only if at least 2 say they'd pay, with a price. Your part: GO or NO.
Where the money could come from
- Mining, engineering and commissioning: proof of how AI was used on reports. Compliance tools sell for US$199–3,999 a month, and you already have the contacts.
- Every SJG Media job comes with a verified Proof of Work page, which backs up premium pricing.
- Parked for now: creator apps, badges and portfolios, because there's too much free competition.
